Do you accept Insurance?
We accept most insurances including current state programs, Premera, GroupHealth, First Choice, United Heath and Asuris, just to name a few.

What about Medicare?
We do not currently accept Medicare. However we do offer patients a 50% discount from our normal fee schedule. We can also help patients with an affordable payment schedule.

Will I need x-rays or an MRI?
If you have x-rays or MRI’s please bring them with you for your initial consultation. If our professional staff feels your condition requires either x-rays or an MRI we can also order them for you.

How many treatments will I need?
Each patient is unique. Revita’s treatment procedure is individually designed for your specific condition. Most patients require 12 to 24 individual treatments of about one hour, two to three times per week.
