Setting the Standard.
In January, 2010 Revita Institute Northwest opened its clinic doors in Spokane. This is the first of several clinics to be located throughout the Pacific Northwest. From the outset Revita Institute Northwest focused on creating a freestanding location, with a high-touch environment, fully dedicated to using the Pneumex patented therapeutic equipment, in addition to their proven treatment protocols for patients suffering from chronic back, shoulder and cervical (neck) pain. Clinical Trials. In February 2010 after months of planning and discussion Pneumex, along with West Penn Allegheny Health System and Drexel University, began a clinical study to show the effectiveness of their system and treatment plans to reduce the need for lower back surgery for patients who have been approved and scheduled for the procedure. A successful completion of the trial will have a direct impact on Revita and will accelerate the company’s expansion plans to the Seattle area, beginning in Bellevue, WA. Increased Credibility. With a presence on both sides of the state, Revita in conjunction with Pneumex intends to reproduce the Alleghany/Drexel study in the Pacific Northwest with the goal of using both its Spokane and future locations for the additional clinical trials. As Revita Institute Northwest’s network of clinics expands, the company will work closely with leading hospitals, physician groups, medical universities, insurers and others to facilitate additional studies showing the effectiveness of our treatment plans. These relationships and networks are already being developed. In March, 2010 Revita Institute Northwest started a new company, Revita Institute Partners. Partners provides design, capitalization, business development and practice management services for therapy clinics dedicated to using Pneumex’s technology, equipment and treatment protocols. In addition to overseeing the directing the management and development of the clinics, Partners helps create a culture of continued improvement (treatment, growth and profits) through its unique and effective Centers Of Rehabilitative Excellence Groups (CORE Groups). Modeled after the “Twenty-Groups” first used in the automotive industry, CORE encourages outstanding practices through a combination of benchmarking, accountability, peer insight and ongoing training. |
